The Best Okra Recipe In The World, Of All Time, Ever.

The Okra King.

Oh yea, oh yea. Oh hell, yea. Forget the Arab Spring, Early Autumn Japan – in particular on the BBQ –  is where the action’s at. Let one dictate one’s ingredients:

  • Okra, green and funky versions
  • Copious salt and pepper, ground
  • Sesame oil
  • Lemon

Ye Method:

  • Coat (robe?) the okra in the salt/pepper/oil mixture
  • Skewer and grill 2-3 minutes aside
  • Remove from heat and place on serving dish.
  • Annoint with lemon juice and bathe, bathe, bathe! in one’s majestic glory as they fly from the plate … like shit off the shovel.

Oh yea, oh yea, oh yea… Good stuff. The best, ever.
