Oh yea, oh yea. Oh hell, yea. Forget the Arab Spring, Early Autumn Japan – in particular on the BBQ – is where the action’s at. Let one dictate one’s ingredients:
- Okra, green and funky versions
- Copious salt and pepper, ground
- Sesame oil
- Lemon
Ye Method:
- Coat (robe?) the okra in the salt/pepper/oil mixture
- Skewer and grill 2-3 minutes aside
